Metal Products are very important and economical part of any metal business. These products can be re-used an infinite amount of times. Because every metal has a specific metal point, pure metals can be derived from alloys. Scrap Metal can be classified into Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals.

Ferrous Metals- These type of metals contains iron. They can have small amounts of other metals or other elements added, to give required properties.

Ferrous Metals are magnetic and give little resistance to corrosion.Ferrous Metal comes from the sources like old cars, decommissioned ships, disposed household appliances and construction debris.

Mild steel, High speed steel, stainless steel, high tensile steel, high carbon steel, cast iron steel are examples of Ferrous metals.

Non-Ferrous Metals- These type of metals are totally oppsite of ferrous metals. these metals do not contain any iron. They are not magnetic and usually more resistant to corrision than ferrous metals.

Aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, titanium, and precious metals are some examples of non-ferrous metals.

The bigger metal objects get more weight across its entire structure. Durability is concerned with the way especially in the building and construction industry. Basically, when purchasing a metal or alloy, shoppers need to know what specific types best fit their situation.

Steel- Steel is an alloy of iron or carbon. In other words, a mixture of iron and carbon, used in tools, buildings, automobiles, machines, appliances, weapons and more.

Copper- copper is a soft metal useful in conducting heat and electricity. Copper is used in various metal alloys, and 100% recyclable and preferred metal used in wiring.

Gold- Gold is a dense, soft, shiny, malleable, and ductile metal. It is a precious metal used in coins and jewellery.

Bronze- Bronze is an alloy of copper or tin. It is hard and tough product used in the manufacture of coins, springs, turbines, and blades. At lower melting point, it is typically heavier.
